How to Make a Sketchbook

Ruskin always carried a sketchbook with him, everywhere he went. He believed that drawing was important in helping us to look more carefully at things around us. You can make your own by following our simple instructions.

You will Need:

• 1 sheet of A3 white paper
• I piece of thin card – slightly bigger than A5 (22cm x 15cm.)
• I sheet of patterned or coloured paper, (big enough to cover your card.)
• 2 sheets of plain or patterned paper - slightly smaller than A5
• Glue stick
• Needle and thread
• Sellotape
• Scissors
• Pencil
